DNR has Breached Bio-security at two Heritage Breed Farms

Big Green trucks containing a specialized task force of DNR agents has rolled across Deer Tracks Ranch and Renegade Ranch this past week.

Yes, there are dozens of Dead Pigs in Michigan. This needless slaughter of innocent pigs rest solely on Governor Rick Snyder's head.

This DNR mess is the Governor's own Fault and he needs to Stop this senseless carnage Now.

The DNR Pig Law makes owning a pig with erect ears or folder or flopped ears a felony offense... turning farmers into felons...

Or if you are a farmer you have the choice to kill off all of your own pigs to satisfy the DNR's lust for power. (see Tuck's story below)

The new law-of-the-land has armed DNR agents, inspecting heritage breed farms across Michigan and it is at their sole discretion as to what pigs live and what pigs die. (Hey, these people are honest farmers not convicted criminals)

This Insane Law was not made by the Michigan State Legislature but rather by One Man.

The DNR Pig Law is an "Edict" signed by DNR Director Rodney Stokes who was personally appointed by Governor Rick Snyder.

Death and Destruction at Deer Tracks Ranch

Here is what has happened to Dave Tuxbury "Tucks" at his Ranch when he agreed to be "Cooperative and Work with the DNR"... he sold off all the pigs he could... We are from the Government and we are here to help.

"You Either Kill off your pigs or face Felony Charges"

Moose Man here, this is an incredible tough decision to make for anyone who has farm animals or pets. This was an email I received after Friday's Smack Down at Tuck's farm...

Subject: search warrant

I was served a search warrant yesterday at 7: 45 am.

After 8 guys 3 four wheelers, and 4 hours, DNR decided I was correct. I have killed all my hogs. They gave me papers that say I do not have any hogs on my property. All they saw were dead hogs laying around from my mass slaughtering. It took 12 guys 4 times in there to kill all of them, sows with young, Pregnant sows, dozens of piglets, and old mature boars. It has been a sad few weeks. Does anyone know what it feels like to open fire on 20 baby piglets in one group which weigh between 5 lbs and 15 lbs. They are so adorable and cute.

They (DNR) commented to everyone that they never saw a fence built so tough and no way would a hog get out of this area. I trenched 2' then installed chain link fencing, then a 10' high tightlock fence on top of that. ( 200 acre area ) They never saw a fence like that.

Note from the Moose Man: Tuck's place is a double fence containment system, the pig hunting is done within a 200 acre enclosure which resides with in a 1500 acre (+) high fence estate...

It is INSANE to make Tuck's kill his own pigs...or face Felony Charges

I don't know how you feel, but this makes me sick.

A Council of War was called to Unify the Resistance

Last week at Bear Mountain Lodge, I met with the owners of Green Acres Farm, Hogan Hogs, and the Tingstad Clan to discuss and prepare for DNR's assaults on our farms.

We brought in attorneys, lobbyist and the best minds in farming and politics to develop multiple working scenarios to beat the DNR in Court.

After what happened at Tuck's Farm I can tell you that this Alliance will not submit to this arbitrary or unrestrained exercise of power.

But, I need Your Help, Again. You are definitely part of the Solution.

Screaming Bloody Murder - the Governor's Office is threatening the Moose Man's First Amendment Rights - "tell him to stop the calls, tell him to stop calling..."

I made it clear to the members of the House and Senate I will not stop, I will continue forward.

If I don't stop calling what are they going to do?

Steal my private property rights? Kill my pigs? Make me a Felon?

With that said we now know where the problem is and we all know what needs to be done...

Apply a little more pressure to get to the root of the evil.

I need your help in over coming the next obstacle.

After Ringing the Governors Office last week I am told that their is another "Road Block" to getting the Message to the Governor

Director Dan Wyant needs to hear about this Problem!

Director, Dan is the "Road Block" and he needs to deliver this message to Governor Snyder.

This has to stop... Governor Snyder you Need to Stop the DNR Pig Law

Director Dan is the King Pin for the Michigan Triad, which is a compilation of three Directors for the Michigan Quality of Life Group.

I personally met with Director Dan last summer and he is the "Big Dog"

He calls the shots for:

1) the Department of Natural Resources, (DNR)
2) the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), and
3) the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD)

Bottom line: these Directors answer to Dan Wyant and he controls the message to the Governor Rick Snyder...

Director Dan, needs to tell the Governor to Stop the DNR Pig Law.

Please help Director Dan and Governor Snyder get the Message

They need to hear their phones ringing and understand what really is Going on! They need to stop this insane Killing of Pigs!

Boy, I hate politics, but I must ask you to again to please make the Bell Ring at the Capitol...

Michigan State Senator Tom Casperson discusses recent DNR efforts to list certain swine as invasive species and fine any farms that own them.

Barn yard Durock pig, there piglets are considered invasive species.

This picture show's a Durock farm pig, and her offspring is considered invasive species, Piglets are getting there dinner now. These are considered invasive because of there striped color when at the piglet stage. All these are dead now.
