Yes, that is a real Deer Tracks Ranch "tree stand".

Your arrival at Deer Tracks begins with greetings and orientation, a light lunch and then off to the rifle range to insure scopes are on and nothing was damaged during travel.

If you arrive by noon the first day you will hunt that afternoon. Guides will be assigned and they will discuss hunting strategies, any limitations, and the type of animal you would like to pursue. Your guide will set the time for you to be ready and head for a blind or tree stand for the afternoon and evening.

Mornings start with coffee and something light, as we usually return at 9:30a for a full breakfast and discuss the hunting plan for the remainder of the day. In early season we have supper prior to the evening hunt. Later in the season we have supper after the hunt due to the time changes here in Michigan.
